Ten Days of Debauchery
Well, I can finally recuperate from the visit of Fi and Den. There hasn’t been any time for an update while they were here, what with the need to recover from hangovers and then the time needed to start working on the next one
Besides the night they went off to New York, I was pretty much drunk for a week and a half. Fiona has probably spent enough money to put herself into debt until 2006. Den will most likely need a new liver. Yes, it was a good week
I learned how to shoot a bow, saw a fight in Adam’s Morgan, blew 300 bucks on a jacket, got to hold a .44 magnum and fell down the stairs (again). Many thanks to all who made it possible:
- Tomoko & Matt for letting 3 drunk Irish people crash at their nice new apatment
- Brian for being the Captain (as usual)
- Justin for letting 4 drunk Irish people crash in his house
- Bob for showing us his gun collection and teaching us how to shoot a bow
- Tom for teaching us how to calculate real time equations in the S Domain and then translate them back again (see – I was listening).
- James/Séamus for showing us how a half Chinese, half Scotch-Irish man celebrates a birthday
I think the picture that sums up the week (and Brian’s contribution) is this one – niiice
