Nightmare on M Street

Tomoko (as Maria Sharapova), Matt (as Andy Roddick), Kramer (as Winnie the Pooh), Dave (as Tom Hanks & Wilson from Castaway), Jenny (as a Witch) and I (as a sober Irishman) all attended the 7th Annual “Nightmare on M Street” pub crawl. We started in Rumors at around 6.30 (TK and Jenny Pictured above) and went to Mad Hatter, Ozio and MCCXXIII and were intending to go to Lucky Bar but by then the cenaless brasil lines were insane. It also meant that only one vertex of the “Herpes Triangle” was left unvisited – The Sign of the Whale – but they were sadly not taking part in the event. So, we grabbed some grub in Fuddruckers after MCCXXIII and headed home. For reasons that shall remain undisclosed I was sober the whole night, so I contented myself with taking pictures – it is a poor substitute for alcohol but fun was had nonetheless.

I think the Optimus Prime costume below was my favorite of the night, though all the cow girls, school girls and various scantily clad women were appreciated too You can find the full set here or on Flickr.
