This Calculator Scares Me

Now, my RMR is somewhere around the 2500 mark, so that means I still have a little to spare but Jen (who sent me the link) has an RMR around 1500, so this would essentially be all she could eat in a day. I guess while I’m trying to lose weight I shall have to stay away – at least it gives more than the 100% RDA of vitamins A and C…….
